Web Development & Maintenance Executive
A team member with basic experience in web programming and knowledge of optimizing the usage of the website. A problem solver by nature and will work independently at developing a proper web presence, ensuring proper database maintenance, and digitalizing communications mediums for optimum communication to stakeholders.
Church Relations Executive
A team member with great coordination and administrative skills, who enjoys facilitating and building bridges, Prior involvement in Christian networks is definitely a plus. The role also is to facilitate and support the building of relationships amongst churches and Malaysian CARE.
The Community Development team works extensively in community engagement, assessing and serving the poor and needy in the community. This team also carries with it the pivotal role of ensuring CARE's vision and mission are upheld in our services to the people, advocating for the marginalized, and empowering individuals and communities to flourish in every aspect of their life.
Pusat CARE Kuala Lumpur - PA for CD Director
A team member to assist the Director in ensuring that the department’s administrative, functional, and organizing matters are managed effectively. This includes a supporting role to the needs of the team in the department.
Pusat CARE Kuala Lumpur - Community Organiser - Prison
A team member to assist in leading the men's prison ministry. He is expected to assist in planning and strategizing the work in the men's prison together with the different stakeholders. Responsibilities will include initiating and implementing programs for in-prison (men) as well as community-based projects for identified communities of prisoners and ex-prisoners, drug users, and people living with HIV/AIDS.
Pusat CARE Kuala Lumpur - Community Organiser - Bumblebee
A team member to initiate and ensure the smooth running of Bumblebee programs. Will be responsible to develop resources in the area of child empowerment, working with related staff and departments.
Pusat CARE Kuala Lumpur - Community Organiser - SEED (Special Needs)
A team member to be involved in running children and disabilities-related activities in the communities. A candidate with at least 1-2 years of working experience in the disabilities field - working with people with special needs and their families will be an added advantage.
Pusat CARE Klang - Community Organiser/Leader
The candidate is expected to uphold high standards of integrity and Christian conduct consistent with organizational values. This person is a team player, able to work with others as well as work independently under minimal supervision in organizing and mobilizing the targeted community in the development services.

Pusat CARE Kampar - Community Organiser/Leader
A team member who is able to work well with others, willing to travel, and able to travel independently. The candidate should have basic IT literacy (eg. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email, etc). Knowledge of principles and practices related to Education or community development for Orang Asli is an added advantage.
Pusat CARE Miri - Community Organiser
A team member who has a sense of calling to work with the poor and needy. Have strong communication and interpersonal skills with strong leadership and the ability to strategize and demonstrate a passion for working in community development. The candidate is also able to take initiative in personal development through self-learning and has the ability to work independently.
The Service Development team are the Designers in the organization with the primary role in building, refining, and improving CARE services for the communities. This team also carries with it the pivotal role of ensuring what we do in CARE remains aligned with God’s calling, the people are equipped to serve better, and the community discovers hope.
Agriculture Leader - (for Rural Community Development)
The candidate will be responsible for developing, improving, and equipping the staff and external stakeholders in the area of agriculture for rural community development. Sustainable and organic agricultural production (crops and livestock farming), promotion of projects, and collaboration with potential stakeholders. The candidate will work closely with our demo center of Ladang CARE at Chenderiang, Perak, and other regional offices of CARE.
Child Development - Leader or Community Organizer
The candidate will be responsible for developing, improving, and equipping the staff and external stakeholders for children services with emphasis on children receiving early childhood education and intervention as a foundation for their future development through the communities’ proactive involvement.
Prison (Men) - Leader or Community Organizer
The candidate will be responsible for developing, improving, and equipping the staff and external stakeholders for Prison (Men) services moving forward with a focus on After-Care and Community-Based Recovery (CBR) towards a sustainable and hope-filled service to our clients from prison.
The Policy, Advocacy, and Research department team supports colleagues who are serving the community directly, through our relevant research and joint advocacy, and lobbying to change policies. It has the unique role of looking into the causes of poverty and injustice and formulating strategies toward biblical justice. Strategies include empowering people who are affected by injustice, empowering Christians and churches to advocate alongside, and affecting policy change at the national level.
